Colenso BBDO and Saatchi & Saatchi NZ done good at the Asian Marketing Effectiveness and Strategy (AMES) awards bash on Thursday night, returning to the hotel rooms clutching 10 gongs between them.
334 entries from 17 countries were shortlisted for the awards.
Colenso took away gongs in the Effectiveness categories for its work for Tip Top (gold), Mountain Dew and Export 33 (both bronze). In the Digital Strategy category, Colenso took two golds for work for Amnesty International and two more bronzes for work for V and Samsung.
Saatchi & Saatchi spread its three awards evenly across the podium, taking one each of gold, sliver and bronze for its work for ASB and Tui.
