AIDC looks for new boss

Less than a year after becoming CEO of the Australian International Documentary Conference Britt Arthur has announced she’ll step down to have a baby.

Arthur was appointed in September last year, following the departure of long-time CEO Joost den Hartog.

She saw the event through its move from its home of many years in Adelaide to Melbourne, where AIDC opened its 2016 edition in late February. Unsurprisingly, the event drew larger numbers in Melbourne.

Arthur (pictured, top) will leave AIDC in November. AIDC is currently advertising for her successor.
