Zombies aren’t dead, but alive and in winning form at MipTV sidebar event MipFormats on the weekend. The Feds have taken out the main prize at the the MipFormat’s international pitch competition with reality format Zombie Bootcamp.
The Aussies are coming
The Feds have collected €25,000 (NZ$40,000) in development support from sponsor Warner Bros.
Last October the company was one of five awarded Enterprise support in one of the final Screen Australia decisions under outgoing CEO Ruth Harley. NHNZ stablemate Northern Pictures was also among the awardees.
MipFormats has now concluded. MipTV opens its doors this evening NZ time, running 7 – 10 April.
