Autumn Events adds three

The NZIFF has announced three more titles for this year’s edition of Autumn Events and promised a local doco as part of the full programme reveal on the weekend.

The new titles are all American: Michael Moore’s Where to Invade Next, West of Memphis director Amy Berg’s Janis: Little Girl Blue and Robert Eggers’ The Witch.

Previously the NZIFF announced Kurosawa’s Ran, Rodger and Hammerstein musical The King and I, and the Coen Brothers’ Fargo for this year’s Autumn Events.

The full NZIFF Autumn Events programme will be announced Saturday. Autumn Events screenings run in Auckland (14 – 17 April), Dunedin (6 – 8 May), and Christchurch and Wellington (both 7 – 8, 14 – 15, 21 – 22 May).
