Box Office: week to 15 March 2017

Kong: Skull Island crushes the opposition in its opening week. The fast and the furry-ous ape romps to the top of the chart, despite less than stellar reviews.

Further down the chart Matt Murphy’s Pork Pie is slowing, while Oscar winner Hacksaw Ridge has a modest return.
