Cheap Cuts names Kiwi titles in competition

Two Loading Docs films have been named in the competition line-up for the UK’s short doco festival, Cheap Cuts Documentary Film Festival, which runs next month.

Greg Wood & Peter Alsop’sThe Colourist (pictured, top), made as part of Loading Docs last year, lines up alongside titles including Nicola Castle’s 2015 Loading Docs short Madness Made Me.

All up Cheap Cuts has named 44 short docos in its competition and out-of-competition line-ups. Cheap Cuts is dedicated to showcasing short documentary talent. The festival’s judges are all documentary filmmakers.
