Cleverman heads for Berlin

ANZ TV show Cleverman joins the line-up for the Berlinale’s TV strand, Berlinale Special.

The selections’ common thread is experimentation. Programmes chosen explore “new narrative and visual forms in every genre”, according to Festival director Dieter Kosslick.

As well as screenings, Drama Series Days sessions will run for two days during the festival, offering opportunities to present in development projects. Drama Series Days are presented by the European Film Market, the Berlinale Co-Production Market, and Berlinale Talents.

Cleverman is produced by Goalpost Pictures and Pukeko Pictures.

The Berlinale runs 10 -21 February. The Berlinale Special line-up is:
