Sisarich has worked on both sides of the lens. Well-known as a fashion photographer, he’s been judge for the Next Top Model franchise. Prior to joining Film Construction, his stills work was recognised by Lurzer’s Archive in their Top 200 Advertising Photographers Worldwide.

“Being trained to tell a story in a single frame is a useful skill,” Sisarich said, “and I love adding movement, rhythm, and character to the tool set.”

His exhibition I Am Here is a collaboration with sound designer artist Peter Hobbs to extend the impact of their individual work.

Hobbs said of combining the visual and aural elements of the exhibition, “It’s a dynamic relationship I personally find highly stimulating and always seems more than the sum of its parts.”

“Our feelings bring it to life,” added Sisarich.

I Am Here runs 8 – 26 April at the Black Eye Gallery, Sydney.
