NHNZ, Dunedin, 23 April 2015: Today at the APOS Conference in Bali, Indonesia, CEO of Da Vinci Media Ferdinand Habsburg and CEO of ZooMoo Networks David Haslingden announced a strategic partnership across Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
The groups will be combining sales, distribution, programming and marketing resources in these territories to support the continuing roll out of the Da Vinci Learning Network and the ZooMoo Channel. The two companies will also pool resources to develop and publish new educational apps to facilitate fun learning within families.

Da Vinci Media was founded in 2007 and currently serves 19 million subscribers in Europe, Asia and Africa with its flagship channel, Da Vinci Learning. With headquarters in Berlin, and offices in Delhi, Moscow, Istanbul and Warsaw, the company is privately held with Ferdinand Habsburg being the majority shareholder. The company specialises in creating and distributing educational video content for families with children aged 7-11.
ZooMoo Networks was founded in 2012 and is the brainchild of CEO David Haslingden and Emmy Award-winning Zoologist & Executive Producer Ian McGee. With offices in Dunedin (New Zealand), Singapore, Beijing, Washington DC, Sao Paulo and Sydney, ZooMoo has been launched in over 12 countries with six new deals to be announced shortly. ZooMoo was developed in consultation with world-renowned early childhood educationalists for children aged 3-7.
