Johnson & Laird Management (J&L), New Zealand’s top talent agency, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Mareena King as Talent Agent and Booker.
Mareena will be working alongside J&L’s Managing Director Imogen Johnson and Talent Agent Renee Jones, as a Talent Agent and Booker to the Drama Division, managing local and international acting opportunities.
With over 15 years’ production experience in the New Zealand film and television industry across feature and short films (The Making of the Mob, Manurewa) as well as a background in international commercials – both here and in the UK (Sovereign, Lotto, Samsung, Meridian Energy) – Mareena possesses an extensive understanding of the business and will be a strong asset to the Johnson & Laird team.

This appointment takes J&L to a total of 12 staff across five divisions within the agency which this month celebrates its 15th year in business.
