The Platinum Fund programming supported are 6×60′ series from Great Southern, Coast New Zealand, and 7×60′ The History Of The New Zealand Home from Eyeworks. Screentime’s 1×90′ dramatised doco The Monster Of Mangatiti also receives support from the Platinum Fund. All three programmes will play on TV One.

“This is a fantastic line up of informative and challenging programmes that will keep the water-cooler and social media conversations fired up in 2015,” said NZ On Air CEO Jane Wrightson.

Also for TV One are three of the six other programmes supported. Two are returning series:
The Hard Stuff With Nigel Latta 2 (8×60′) from Razor Films and Diva Productions’ Topp Country (10×30′). The third is a return of a sort, Marcus Lush again fronting for Jam TV (North, South) in the 8×30′ Twain’s Tour which retraces the 1895 journey of New Zealand made by American author Mark Twain. Following his visit, Twain published his own account of the trip in Following the Equator .
