Screentime’s How To Murder Your Wife has three wins from half a dozen nominations at the New York City International Film Festival, which ran at the beginning fo the month.

Funded by NZ On Air’s Platinum Fund back in 2013, the telemovie took Best Supporting Actress (Geraldine Brophy), Best Cinematography (Richard Bluck), and Best Comedy, for which it beat Australian and Chinese titles.

It was also nominated for Best International Narrative Feature, Best International Director (Ric Pellizeri), Best Actor (Simon O’Connor).
