The event has so far announced juries for the categories of Branded Content & Entertainment, Direct, Digital & Mobile, Film, Film Craft, Media, Outdoor, PR, Print, Print & Poster Craft, Promo & Activation, and Radio.
The Film Craft jury will be led by Curious Australia’s Peter Grasse, with Robber’s Dog’s Adam Stevens also a member. Clemenger BBDO’s Brigid Alkema and Special Group’s Maria Devereux serve on other juries.
Last year NZ agencies took plenty of gongs including a Grand Prix for Clemenger BBDO. DDB were runners up for Agency of the Year.
The New Zealand Transport Agency campaigns Blazed and Mistakes each won gold for Clemenger BBDO, who also took silver for Mistakes online. Blazed added two golds, two silvers and a bronze in the Film Craft categories.
DDB’s Bring Down the King campaign for Sky took gongs across the Branded Content & Entertainment, Direct, Media and Promo & Activation categories.
The Spikes Asia Festival of Creativity runs 9 – 11 September. Entries will close this Friday, 7 August.
