Sydney Film Festival has extended its long-running Travelling Film Festival programme, which presents a small selection of titles in smaller centres nationwide, to include a cruise ship heading for NZ.
Kiwaussie Bridget Ikin will be on board to present two films she’s produced, Jennifer Peedom’s recently-SFF-premiered Sherpa and Jane Campion’s rather longer in the tooth An Angel at My Table. Ikin will also present four other NZ titles: Campion’s The Piano, Taika Waititi’s Boy, Tusi Tamasese’s The Orator and James Napier Robertson’s The Dark Horse.
The Travelling Film Festival will screen onboard the Diamond Princess, which departs Sydney for NZ in February 2016.
