Premiering this week in the NZIFF are several local titles – all of which have received at least some NZFC support – including Max Currie’s Everything We Loved (tonight), Jonathan King’s Realiti, Alister Barry’s Hot Air and Gerard Smyth’s Aunty and the Star People.

Your tax dollars are at work not only through the NZFC but also NZ On Air, this week delivering plenty of first-run fare from MTS’ Media Take, Pop-Up Workshop’s The Moe Show for the rug rats and Friday night fun for the young at heart on TV3. In and amongst the new fare are some repeats well worth a look – not least of which is Desert Road drama Harry.

Not called a trailer but at 1.20 this Sides featurette How to Make an Impression at an Audition fits the bill.
