WatchMe racks up web show offer

As the Easter weekend began, NZME’s WatchMe announced it would add News and Sport channels, 16 new web shows and an Apple TV app to boost its profile in the burgeoning online entertainment marketplace.

Yesterday (Tuesday) the first crop of new titles arrived. The titles launching this week were Berry: Voiceover Artist Extraordinaire, The Intern, Tinder Nightmares and Waiheke Republique.

WatchMe is already a home to web series including The Watercooler, recently awarded at the DC Web Fest in America, and Roberto Nascimento’s The Adventures of Suzy Boon.
